I've been around horses in some capacity since I was five years old. However, it wasn't until I moved to Arizona in 1999 that I saw an Arabian horse. I first attended the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show when I was nine years old, and I fell head over heels in love. Is there a horse breed on the planet that is more adorable than the Arabian? (The answer is no, there is not.) With their large doe eyes, dainty muzzles, and dished profiles, Arabian horses are a beautiful sight to behold. And what better place is there to see them than at the Scottsdale Show? The Scottsdale Show is the biggest Arabian horse show in the entire United States, and it's right here in the southwest!
This is a wonderful event for horse enthusiasts, families, and shoppers alike! There are nearly 2,400 gorgeous horses, plenty of opportunities to learn more about the breed, and over 300 vendors selling all sorts of wares. The show is taking place from February 16-26 at WestWorld in Scottsdale, so go check it out!
